Do you ever start an exercise during your workout and think “I’m not even totally sure I’m doing this right?” Me too. If I’m going to spend a few hours in the gym each week, I would be cheating myself if I wasn’t performing the exercises properly. Well there’s some meat head scientists that can help us out.
When it comes to strength and hypertrophy training, I trust a few experts. These are my top three creators to follow on social media. They break down exercises and routines in a way that's easy to understand and super helpful. If you want solid advice, give them a follow.
